October Green Drinks
At the next Green Drinks Leon, Deon and Tristan will present some innovative, practical and not-yet-so-common products and services that can bring the possibility of living off-grid, uplifting rural development, alleviating poverty or simply saving energy costs closer to reality.
They will discuss lighting and charging systems, solar and fuel-efficient cookers and heat pumps: what they are, and why they are viable alternatives. They will give you a glimpse into the challenges of large scale solar geyser deployment for RDP housing, share their hands-on experience in using green building methods by showcasing what they have built, as well as a demonstrating the new, highly fuel efficient 220V LPG generator.
